ABOUT US
The Influenc-HER community is a dynamic blend of both an annual conference and an ongoing initiative. The conference, held annually in March, serves as a flagship event featuring renowned guest speakers and diverse workshops on wellness, entrepreneurship, empowerment, and leadership. Beyond the conference, Influenc-HER is a continuous initiative advocating for gender equality and women's rights. Our online digital community, available for monthly memberships, offers weekly workshops, an extensive e-library for education, a resource hub with experienced educators and professionals to help with professional development, and regular events, including quarterly trips, retreats, and meet-ups. It's a vibrant space for women and young ladies to connect, collaborate, and grow on an ongoing basis. The Infleunc-HER Community is a high-quality, engaging experience for all members.

The BSOY Foundation's "Influenc-Her Community" addresses a critical need related to gender disparities in leadership, representation, and empowerment. Despite considerable progress in recent years, women and girls still face significant challenges in achieving equal opportunities and recognition across various sectors. Our program seeks to rectify this by empowering women with the tools, resources, and support needed to excel in their careers and make a substantial impact.
Our vision is dedicated to empowering women in shaping industries, sparking movements, and driving change. Our community serves as a platform for women of all backgrounds, from seasoned influencers to emerging thought leaders, to learn, connect, and amplify their voices.
