What is the Spotlight Boss Babe Gala?
The Spotlight Boss Babe Gala is a premier event dedicated to celebrating, empowering, and recognizing the incredible contributions of women in Memphis and beyond. This event serves as a platform to honor the achievements of trailblazing women across various fields while fostering a community of support, collaboration, and inspiration among attendees.
The Spotlight Boss Babe Gala is more than an awards ceremony; it is a celebration of women who lead with purpose, passion, and determination. The evening combines networking, recognition, and entertainment to shine a light on women making a significant impact in business, community, creativity, and leadership.
It fosters networking, collaboration, and inspiration while serving as a fundraiser for the BSOY Influence-HER Community. Funds raised will support the TYE Summer Experience, providing scholarships for young women and girls aged 12-24 to attend entrepreneurial workshops and pitch competitions to launch their businesses.

A: Nominees are chosen through a combination of community nominations and internal selections by the BSOY Foundation x Influenc-HER team for their exceptional contributions and leadership.
